Everyday Underdog is a unique, 60-minute version of our popular competitor program, but is suitable for ANYONE.

 

Whether you’re an open level athlete training from home or a quarterfinals athlete who is crunched for time, the Everyday Underdog program will keep you ready with intense 60 minute sessions including weekly weightlifting, gymnastics, metcons, conditioning, and accessory work.
