Customized programming to fit the season structure for Quarterfinals, Semifinals and CrossFit Games
4 Team workouts / week
Weekly, 30-min video calls discussing the programming with head programmer for that week
Includes: Syncro Work, Hangs/Holds, Bulk Set Training, Relay Style Training, Waterfall format, Pairs Work both same/mixed sex, Worm Work, Sled Work, Outside the Box
