
UNDERDOGS TEEN PROGRAM
For aspiring and high-level Teen athletes desire to have a long competitive CrossFit career. This program focuses laying a firm foundation that will not only lead to success today but allow you to continue to be successful throughout your adult years. Expect to train around 2 hours per day for 5 days a week.
