Client Testimonial:
"I moved out to Las Vegas seven months ago to train in person at Underdogs Athletics; but I started working with Kiefer Lammi almost a year ago, and haven’t looked back since. When I started working with Kiefer I had so much to learn, even though at that point I didn’t think I did. While I was doing remote coaching, Kiefer would respond back to my videos with critiques; he was very diligent about getting on calls and talking through things over the phone. He is an incredible weight lifting coach, and although I came to him thinking my lifting was great I learned very quickly that it could be even better. He truly spends the time getting to know his athletes as not just an athlete, but who they are outside the gym. I honestly can’t comprehend the progress I have made in the last year. Having Kiefer as my coach has been the best decision I have made for my crossfit career." - Carson Wolfe
